Happy May!
The days have a little more light, which is always a good thing for me. April seems to have come and gone in the blink of an eye. Time has a way of continuing to move faster and faster. Trying to find ways to savor the moments, feel the sunshine and breathe through all we handle in a day – that is my suggestion this month.
Mother’s Day is approaching and our days will still require us too do all we regularly do. I thought I would share some reminders here with you all.
- YOU are incredible
- You are patient beyond explanation
- You are giving in ways most will never understand
- You get things done with little sleep
- You ask for little when it comes to yourself, but fight for all needed for your child
- YOU deserve to take some time for you! ( 10 minutes is a start!)
I read this quote and it made me think of all of us, parents, caregivers, children..
Butterflies can’t see their wings.
They can’t see how truly beautiful they are,
but everyone else can.
People are like that as well.
