Presenter Bio:
Amanda Wells is the Director of Training and Professional Development at RCG and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia. She has a Master’s Degree from VCU’s Severe Disabilities Consortium. Amanda started her career as a special educator in Houston, Texas over 10 years ago and absolutely loves what she does. Amanda has worked with adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the school, home, and community settings. A lover of the arts and inclusive education, she is a passionate advocate for people of all abilities and works to build communities that are accepting and accessible to all. Amanda is also the Director of Special Education for SPARC’s Live Art Program. In her free time, she enjoys Richmond’s vibrant music and comedy scene as well as spending time with her husband, Aaron and Hemingway Cat, Catherine.
