The 2020 JPJF #LIUB Autism Walk is HERE!!
Join us for our 4th Annual JP JumPers #LIUB 3K Autism Walk & Community Festival. This year, it will be on Sunday, April 26, 2020 from 5:30p-8:30p. The community festival and finish line are at the Science Museum of Virginia. They join the rest of the world and turn their building BLUEtiful by “Lighting it Up Blue”. Again this year, we are partnering with the Richmond City Sheriff’s Office as we make this a CITY WIDE event inviting all Men/Women in Blue to #JumPIn and walk with us as well as City Leaders and Schools.
The goal of the city wide involvement is to show the solidarity and support between the City of Richmond, Law Enforcement, First Responders and the special needs community while supporting Autism.
Come out, wear BLUE and cheer on the walkers as they bust through the finish line. After we cross the finish line we will join together and take our “All Blue” photo on the front steps of the Science Museum of Virginia lawn!
COMMUNITY FESTIVAL ATTENDANCE IS FREE: (Bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on): The community festival begins at 5:30pm. We will have Music, Food Trucks, Car Show, Face Painting, Table Vendors, a Kids Zone, Entertainment and more. As the Walkers approach the end of the walk, we need everyone to #JumPIn and cheer as they cross the finish line.
