Robin McCallister
Robin McCallister is an ASHA certified speech/language pathologist and a social cognitive specialist. She has been providing services to the special needs community for over 35 years. As a speech/language pathologist, she has worked with and consulted for hundreds of students who experience the social, communication and behavioral challenges commonly associated with ASD, ADHD and general social deficits. Robin is trained in Orton Gillingham methodology and the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing Program for Reading, Spelling, and Speech. She provides tutoring services using both multi-sensory programs. Robin is an experienced coach for executive function skills and for young adults learning on the job social skills.
Tracy Scott
Tracy Scott is trained in ABA with experience in creating and managing early childhood ABA home programs. As a one to one crisis counselor, Tracy was an integral contributor in the success of a variety of classroom environments. In the role of an instructional assistant, Tracy has collaborated in creating Individualized Education Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans. Tracy has extensive experience creating visual schedules. She has created and maintained data collections for a variety of students’ behavior plans. Working with a variety of teachers and other professionals in the public school system has beneficial in showing Tracy how to communicate effectively with colleagues, and how to help facilitate appropriate interactions between school and families. Tracy’s hands-on experience with a variety of exceptional education students has given her a unique perspective on students with sensory and sensory integration issues.
