The DreamyKid meditation app offers meditation, guided visualization and affirmations curated just for children & teens. It uses proven techniques that teach your kids methods to guide them towards a happier life through mindfulness. From issue-based and general meditations/guided visualizations to affirmations, we will be adding new programs every month.
This is a really cool app. My son loves knowing his schedule and I think this will be a great tool to help.

Instead of carrying around pecs or a laminated schedule, this app will let you have routines preset and then run them to show the child in an easy way what they have to do.
uChoose is $2.99 and has some very clever ways to help our children.
This app has a main character, called Billy, Billy needs help mastering everyday situations with a little help from his friend, Randy. While your children play this they will meet challenges, learn lessons, set goals and have fun!
Words are powerful. They can help and they can hurt. What we say to others – and to ourselves – can have a huge impact. Speaking with good purpose is about always considering the intention of our words. If we think before we speak instead of blurting out whatever comes to mind, we can learn to consider the reason for our words and make sure we are speaking with good purpose. We do not have to say everything we think!
