AnswersNow Offering FREE Full Support For Our Families During This Time

March 20, 2020 By Carissa Garabedian

Hello AnswersNow Family,

We are obviously living in a moment that is overwhelming and it’s clear that we’re entering into what is, hopefully, a temporary new normal. If there is a group out there that has experience in handling “overwhelming” times though, it’s the community of parents and caregivers of individuals diagnosed with autism.

We started AnswersNow over two years ago to make it easier for parents to get answers to their questions fast. We are two clinicians who grew increasingly frustrated by how isolated, overwhelmed and stressed out parents of children on the spectrum were and we realize there are more people feeling this than ever before.

We believe that we’ve built the most innovative tool out there to help parents by literally putting an expert in their pockets. Our clinicians are all masters-level Board Certified Behavior Analysts with years of experience specializing in working with children on the spectrum.

We want to support parents during these difficult times, so we’re doing 3 specific things:

  1. For a limited time, we’re going to offer a full-month of free support with an ability to cancel any time. This enables any parent or caregiver to get connected to a personal board-certified clinician – today. Please forward this message to anyone you think would find this offer helpful.

  2. Additionally, we’re opening up “Parent Support University.” We’ll be offering free weekly webinars through Facebook on topics you can use NOW.

  3. We’re also launching a new free feature called “Communities” where parents can come and join topic-specific groups like: “How do I navigate no school?” and “How do I explain COVID-19 to my child?” Parents helping parents. All groups are moderated by expert clinicians.

During this time of increasing uncertainty and expanding restrictions, we want to remind you that we’re here for you and we know that by working together we will get through this. Make no mistake: the challenge is real as places like schools, museums, movie theaters, and libraries all close indefinitely. We will help you make a plan and we will be there for you on a day-by-day basis as you confront our new normal.

We are very proud of what we’ve built and could not have done it without the support of over one thousand families. Their feedback and encouragement have driven us to keep improving and it’s why we can say with confidence that we know we can help. We stay true to our mission and are tirelessly working to expand our services. We hope this will help you in your time of need.
