January Reading Suggestions

reading booksI have set my reading goal for 2020 to 20 books! I exceeded my goal last year and hope I am successful this year too!

I read mostly for pleasure last year and this year I am going to try to add in a few that will teach or guide me this year as well.

I am starting my reading  year with 2 books, and offering you an additional suggestions.

  • Mindfullness

–Practicing Mindfulness: 75 Essential Meditations to Reduce Stress, Improve Mental Health, and Find Peace in the Everyday

  • Fiction – This was the book I got from my family under the tree and I am excited to read it.

-The Bookish Life of Nina Hill  A main character who loves books and is quirky yet charming. Perfect!
