Having places to go, performing meaningful volunteer work, and participating in enjoyable activities are important parts of a fulfilling lifestyle. The Faison Center’s Adult Day Services program is designed to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs. This strategic community focused program develops, arranges and coordinates learning opportunities like daily living skills, health and recreation programs, and volunteering. Individuals enrolled in the program will enjoy activities such as visits to parks, coffee shops, shopping centers, concerts and sporting events. The Adult Day Services program is open during regular daytime hours.
In addition to day services, the program also provides enriched support for the Faison Residence and those served in the Faison Family Partner program. The Adult Day Services is a home based program that acts as a community support service where opportunities are arranged and augmented by the classes offered throughout the Richmond community.
