Next Steps Behavioral Centers is directed by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts who share a combined 30 years of experience in the field.
Other BCBAs who provide program development, supervision, and direct services each have diverse and strong backgrounds.
All therapists who implement the programs designed by our BCBAs begin training to become Registered Behavioral Technicians, a certification developed and overseen by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board, upon hire. The training consists of at least 40hours of online education as well as direct, in-person supervision and training.

Because high ethical standards and rigorous training are the underpinning of effective therapy, all staff must complete continuing education credits annually to maintain their credentials.
