After A Grace Place closed abruptly last month, Greater Richmond ARC announced it will take over its services. A Grace Place worked with about 150 adults and had no plan of where to go for care.
“When we heard that A Grace Place was closing, we recognized there might be a way for ARC to help the people and families they served,” said Greater Richmond ARC President and CEO John Walker. “Finding a way to help aligns with our mission and is the right thing to do. I have never been prouder to be a part of the Richmond community. So many have quickly and compassionately stepped-up to help those with disabilities in an incredible way. The team here at ARC will not let them down.”
