Dear December,
Let’s enjoy each day.
Let’s smile a little more and cry a little less.
Dear December,
Let’s make a memory and find gratitude in as much as we can.
Let’s bake cookies, take the kids to see sensitive santa or maybe look at some lights around town. Let’s remember it may not be perfect , but what is? Let’s embrace our “KNOWDifferent” and keep our hearts full.
Dear December,
We are thankful for the magic of the season and all of the love of our family & friends.
Fondly,
Your KNOWDifferent Family
I know how stressful this time can be for us, so I am imagining it may be the same for many of you. I thought maybe having a “talk” with December, grabbing a little perspective, holding a little hope and diving into some memory making moments may help us all.
We will be back with our last issue of 2016 later this month and poof, just like that, another year.
We’ve been together for 2 years now, we have made good progress and we have so much more to go and do and share and show! Please stay with us, we will only get better!
To our sponsors, many that have been with us since the start and others who are now sharing- we THANK YOU! For your trust, your knowledge and all you do in our community- we are so thankful! We have also added an article as our last one in this issue that shares local events and info from our sponsors. It allows you to jump to our calendar as well.
KnowDifferent.net is a site for all families that have to do anything differently. No matter what the diagnosis, our site will offer you a place to learn, a place to share and a place to feel KnowDifferent.
Any questions you may have, thoughts you may want to share or if you want to be a parent / child we highlight on the site; email to let us know.
KNOWDifferent wants to share more businesses in our directory. Please get in touch to have your business shared on site and social media monthly for $150 a year. It is a great way to let Richmond know what you do!
With Gratitude and Commitment,
Carissa
